Project Vision: provided three clients with first aid information.
Mental Health Kokua: provided one client with services regarding mental health, insurance, therapy, substance abuse treatment, and food stamps.
Department of Education: linked one client with child education support services.
Aloha House provided seven clients with substance abuse and mental health services.
Hui No Ke Ola Pono: provided 20 clients with vision and dental care.
Good Will and the West Maui Community Task Force provided and distributed pizza for clients.
Maui Humane Society: provided eight clients with tax updates, collars/leashes/harnesses, and food for their animals..
With many people needing assistance due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Maui United Way has created a 211 helpline position that is dedicated to serving the community of Maui Nui.
211 is a free, confidential referral and information helpline and website that connects people of all ages from all communities to the essential health and human services they need. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To access 211 online, visit AUW211.org.
MauiNuiStrong.net offers information and links to help residents, businesses and travelers on Maui, Moloka'i and Lana'i remain resilient and strong through this pandemic.
